Non-Retrospective Refunds:
The policyholder acknowledges and agrees that refunds will not be granted for premiums paid for
months preceding the cancellation of the insurance policy. Retroactive reimbursements for past
premiums are expressly excluded.
Exception for Accidental Double Debits:
In the event of accidental double debits, where duplicate premium payments have been unintentionally
processed, the policyholder may be eligible for a refund. Such requests will be subject to verification and
approval by the company.
Other Exceptions:
Refunds may be issued under special circumstances as per the company's policy*.The company reserves
the right to determine the eligibility of such exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing Time:
Upon approval of a valid refund request, the company commits to processing the refund within 15
business days. The refunded amount will be issued through the original payment method used for
the premium payment. The policyholder understands and agrees that this processing time is reasonable and
necessary for proper verification and administration.
